T20 World Top Tourist Town Alliance Changbai Mountain Announcement

2016年的初夏6月，我們聚首在中國長白山二道白河鎮(zhèn)，共同思考世界旅游小鎮(zhèn)的生態(tài)保護和文明傳承問題，意識到世界旅游小鎮(zhèn)需要從不同角度思考發(fā)展模式，堅信旅游小鎮(zhèn)不僅是大型旅游景區(qū)景點的服務基地，自身也是特色鮮明的旅游目的地。

In the early Summer of June, 2016, we gather together here at Edelweiss River Town of Changbai Mountain, China, to think about the issue of world tourist towns’ ecological preservation and cultural inheritance, and realize that different tourist towns need different development models, believing that tourist town is not only the service base for large scale attractions, but also a unique tourist destination.

旅游小鎮(zhèn)在 “一帶一路”國家大戰(zhàn)略、全域旅游發(fā)展、塑造自身個性特色等方面有不可替代的地位和作用。長白山二道白河鎮(zhèn)作為中國知名的旅游小鎮(zhèn)，愿意和來自世界各國的旅游名鎮(zhèn)一起建立聯(lián)盟，加強交流，分享經(jīng)驗，共同發(fā)展。

Tourist towns are irreplaceable in world peace and development, China’s Belt and Road Initiative, integrated tourism development strategy, as well as shaping a unique characteristics. Edelweiss River Town of Changbai Mountain as one of the most well-known tourist towns in China, would love to found an alliance, strengthen communication, share experience and develop commonly, together with other tourist towns from around the world.

為此，我們倡議：

Hereby, we propose that:

全球最為著名的20家旅游小鎮(zhèn)共同發(fā)起與結成T20聯(lián)盟。T有三重含義，表示Top最佳、Tourist旅游、以及Town小鎮(zhèn)。

The most famous 20 international tourist towns jointly initiate and establish T20  Top International Tourist Town Alliance. T has triple meanings: Top, Tourist, and Town.

我們堅信通過世界旅游名鎮(zhèn)聯(lián)盟的成立，將會進一步加深各旅游小鎮(zhèn)之間的交流與合作，促進各旅游小鎮(zhèn)之間的市場共享，加深旅游小鎮(zhèn)之間的文化開放，聚合全球旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展建設的成功經(jīng)驗。

We truly believe that the founding of T20 World Top Tourist Town Alliance will deepen all tourist towns’ communication and cooperation, promote market sharing, encourage cultural opening-up and share more successful development experiences of tourist towns.

T20世界旅游名鎮(zhèn)聯(lián)盟的性質與愿景是：

Nature and Mission of T20：

T20世界旅游名鎮(zhèn)聯(lián)盟為非營利性國際組織。

T20 Top International Tourist Town Alliance is an international non-profit organization (NGO).

旨在成為具備較強影響力和較高辨識度的國際名片，進一步拓展各聯(lián)盟成員在世界范圍內(nèi)的知名度和影響力；為小鎮(zhèn)政府、專家學者及企業(yè)領袖提供一個高層對話平臺，以增進與小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展相關的多方主體之間的交流合作，為聯(lián)盟成員創(chuàng)造更好的發(fā)展環(huán)境與更多的發(fā)展機遇；匯聚世界旅游名鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗、聚合優(yōu)勢力量，打造具有世界影響力的旅游小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展智囊團，為全球小鎮(zhèn)的健康、持續(xù)發(fā)展提供源源不斷的智力支持。

T20 aims at becoming famous international brand with high influence and reputation to help alliance members further expand international awareness, providing high-level dialogue platform for town governments, experts and business leaders to create better development environment and more development opportunities for alliance members, and building up a think-tank for tourist town development to provide intelligence support for sustainable development of all tourist towns.

為達成以上發(fā)展愿景，聯(lián)盟將采取以下戰(zhàn)略：

To achieve the above missions, T20 will take the following strategies.

舉辦不定期峰會和論壇，就旅游小鎮(zhèn)投資建設、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、模式趨勢、文化保護、環(huán)境提升等方面的熱點問題展開深入討論，并匯聚成為獨家成果向社會公開發(fā)行；

Hold irregular summits and forums to discuss around hot topics in investment and construction, economic development, model and trend, cultural protection and environment improvement, and share the conference proceedings to the public.

搭建網(wǎng)絡化宣傳平臺，激發(fā)社會機構、企業(yè)和團體的主動性，為聯(lián)盟吸引投資與項目入駐，同時加深各聯(lián)盟成員在旅游投資、項目共建方面的合作；

Form a world-wide internet promotion platform by initiating more social organizations, enterprises and groups to attract investment and projects for tourist towns, and deepen cooperation in tourism investment and projects construction. 

通過內(nèi)部互訪交流、管理人才互換、聯(lián)盟交流訪問小組的成立，交流發(fā)展心得，分享發(fā)展經(jīng)驗；

Share development experiences and communicate development wisdom through internal visiting, management staff exchange and alliance founders ex-visiting plans.

通過聯(lián)盟主題旅游年的舉辦等形式，共同拓展市場，直接引導客流。

Extend and share tourist source market through themed tourism year.
